Primary Power: Charles's ability has been so dubbed Mental Manipulation. Essentially, this ability has three parts to it. All being extremely passive. The first and foremost ability is the neutralization of other abilities. When another being who holds an ability-any ability- comes in rage of Charles their power will stop working. This ability is always active and requires no concentration from Charles to do so. The second ability is slightly less passive than that of the first. It deals with memories. At a single touch to the forehead, Charles can erase any memory in the mind of the person he is touching. That being said, after erasing the memory he may replace the empty section with a memory of his choosing. The false memories have no limits. This ability requires a great deal of concentration to do. The third and final ability must be done the same as the second. Upon touching the forehead of another Charles can knock that said person unconscious. This trait takes less concentration than the second ability and it's speed is much greater as well. Almost instantly it will take effect.
